This policy explains what happens to the details you share with Yuktiv Private Limited through this website. We collect as little as we can, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it.
Who we are
Yuktiv Private Limited (CIN U62011HR2026PTC150360, GSTIN 06AACCY2877J1ZW) is a technology and software development company with its registered office at Lajwana Kalan, Haryana – 126101, India. For personal data you share through yuktiv.com, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we receive:
- your name and work email address;
- the services you selected and the project details you wrote.
To keep the form free of spam, we also process a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting and, when enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile check that confirms a person sent the form. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t build profiles about visitors.
How we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry, to discuss the work you asked about, and to protect the form from abuse. We rely on the consent you give by sending the form. We won’t add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing.
Who processes it for us
These service providers handle data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and bot protection;
- Convex, for the database where enquiries are stored;
- Zoho Mail, which hosts our email and delivers new-enquiry notifications to our inbox.
These providers may process data outside India. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after you send them, or sooner if you ask us to. Our rate limits store only one-way hashes, never your email or IP address in readable form.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email contact@yuktiv.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can, and in any case within the time the law allows. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
